This policy explains what information Gigatel collects through this website (gigatele.com), how it's used, and the choices you have. It covers this marketing site only — not the Gigatel RADIUS Manager product itself, which is deployed and operated separately by each ISP that runs it.
What we collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to submit through the "Request a Demo" form: your name, company, work email, phone number (optional), approximate subscriber count (optional), and any message you write. We don't run analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies on this site.
How it's used
- To respond to your demo request and follow up about Gigatel RADIUS Manager
- To understand roughly how large your network is, so the demo is relevant
- We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes
Third-party processing
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which delivers your submission to our inbox. Formspree's own privacy policy governs how it handles data in transit. We don't use any other third-party processor on this site.
How long we keep it
Demo request details are kept only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a customer, as part of normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see "Your rights" below.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. To do so, email info@gigatele.com and we'll handle your request promptly.
